I'm back!
Okay everyone...I know I've been MIA the past few weeks. Well, now that I'm married, back from my honeymoon and my summer break from work starts next week, I will be posting more videos soon! I also got a great Flip Camera so my videos will be a lot easier on the eyes and not as grainy. Please check back soon and look for the new reviews on Youtube!

Wedding Stress!
With the wedding right around the corner...I've been super stressed out! I appologize for the lack of reviews/tutorials this week but I've been trying to finalize things like the wedding cake and flowers! As exciting as it is, I almost can't wait til it's over! I just want to be on my honeymoon with a margarita laying in the sun on the beach! Sounds good...
Anyway...just wanted to give you all a heads up...until the wedding is over and I'm back from my honeymoon...things on the site and youtube will be a little sparse. Bear with me, and I'll be back! :)

Nars Eyeshadow Review Continued!
Okay so I'm on my first official day of spring break from work and thought I'd do my first written review!
After doing my video review on Nars Eyeshadow...I continued using the eyeshadows and couldn't say enough good things about them! I took two pictures of a few of the shades I bought. These are the 4 colors I'm playing with for my 'wedding day' look. They are all pretty, soft, and classic. The best thing about these eyeshadows is that they all blend together well. Nothing is worse than an eyeshadow that won't blend and then looks way too harsh...but not Nars!

Here is the pic:
Colors from left to right: Odine, Baby Girl (my favorite!), Abyssinia, and Ashes to Ashes.
For my wedding look, I'm thinking of layering Abyssinia all over my eye up to the brow...then using Baby Girl to the brow bone, and then taking Ashes to Ashes and just layering it into the crease/corner of my eye.
Baby Girl - Why I love this color so much!
Hopefully you can see the hint of sparkle! They are little gold flakes and look amazing on your eye. Don't get it confused with glittery shadows that look too teeny-boppery, lol! I'm a grown woman and don't want to look like a little girl...but I'm still a fan of a hint of shine. This color is perfect!
Anyway, my overall review is that I love these eyeshadows and will be sticking with them in the near future. You can find them at Sephora or at your local Nars counter in a big department store like Nordstrom.
I will be adding my next video review tomorrow...so stay posted!

Marriage License!
Woo hoo! My fiance and I just got our marriage license...so we're all set when the big day arrives! I'm officially on my way to becoming a military spouse!
As far as product/makeup reviews...don't you worry! I'll be busy this week uploading more videos. I'm on spring break from my job and plan on getting a lot done this week! I'm also heading over to Ulta to get a straightener and will be attempting to curl my hair with one...might be pretty comical so I may have to record it and upload it! Stay posted....

Red White and Hue - I'm brand new!
Okay...so enough with the lame rhymes! My interest was peaked into makeup reviews after seeing a bunch of other people do it on youtube...and I thought - I can do that! Well, I know I have a long way to go but I figure I'll get better as time goes!
Why make video reviews? Thought why not try it? If I'm no good, I'll just quit! I figure that I'm a relateable kind of person that others might be able to gain some knowledge through my reviews...or least learn what not to waste their money on. :) I plan on doing other reviews too...not just on makeup, but food, exercise videos/equipment, clothes and so on!
-A little bit about me-
Why the name RedWhiteandHue? Well I thought it was a clever/cheesy play on words to incorporate both being patriotic and my love of beauty products. I am a military fiance, therefore the strong patriotic ties! Why make video reviews? Thought why not try it? If I'm no good, I'll just quit! Have questions, suggestions, or opinions...go ahead and post!
Stay tuned...more to come in the next few days!
